• the bases of modeling of RRB activity
• special warming-up exercises
• holds releases, defence against strikes
• the tactics of conducting hand-to-hand fighting
• disarming the opponent
I.G. Skobeev (April, 24-25)
• holds releases and attacks, giving strikes
• the ways of disturbance the equilibrium of the opponent
• the striking techniques and self-defence in hand-to-hand combat
• culterology, or the art of knife fight
• · the ways of gun disarming of the opponent + tactical firing training

M.V. Trunov (April, 25-26)
• the bases of modeling of RRB activity
• special warming-up exercises
• the creation of stiff constructions
• formal exercises

“Special psychological training”
A.V. Krohmalev (April, 22-25)
• acquiring practical skills in controlling the state of mind
• the use of the transformed state of your consciousness to actualize the activities in extreme situations
• the study of a person’s state of mind reserves and the use of them in practical activities

The aims of the seminar
MF RRB hopes to achieve the positive results in the five key directions

• To master the striking techniques a methods of carrying out the training
• Methods and the ways of holds releases and the attack the opponent
• Gun disarming of the opponent. The general principles of sub-machine-gun disarming and defense against bayonet thrust
• Knife disarming and the ways of defence against knife attacks
• · The ways of disturbance the equilibrium of the opponent
• To master the exercises with the weapon and tactical firing
