MF RRB is an independent, public, non-commercial organization,
registered in EU. I.G. Skobeev is President of the International Federation
of Hand-to-hand Fighting (MF RRB).
The main office of MF RRB is situated in Russia (Moscow) and is the
secretariat for a wide net of the international organizations of RRB. Its
task consists of the coordination and controlling the work of the other RRB
organizations through the establishing the courses and priorities, stimulating
the collaboration, coordination the international programs and providing the
support to the other RRB organizations in order to achieve the most effective
international work. Secretariat is the executive organ under the President
and consists of the leaders of MF RRB centers.
RRB is represented by the organizations of two types:
1) those, who work independently;
2) those, who work under the guidance of one of the MF RRB centers.
MF RRB has its own representatives and supporters, who work as a group of
people, united by the same interests and aim: safeguarding of a person's security
