2002 - 2009Skobeev Igor Georgievich:
I.G. Skobeev is one of the chief specialists and ideologists of Russian hand-to-hand fighting, who has been working in this unique field for more than 25 years.

I.G. Skobeev made theoretical scientific research and practical working out in the field of Russian hand-to-hand fighting. He created his own method of self-defence. He is known as the author of the new original concept of the knife fighting. I.G. Skobeev has two higher educations. His achievements were published in Mass Media.

I.G. Skobeev trained the officers of the 8th Department - Special Operations Units in SPETSNAZ. He organized the first group in 1993 and taught Russian hand-to-hand fighting in the "Bureau of protection commercial structures". Having got advice and support from Colonel V.N. Velichko, a former assistant of the Chief of the 9th Administration Office of KGB, I.G. Skobeev organized the school of Russian hand-to-hand fighting within the Club "State Safety Service Veterans" in 1995. I.G. Skobeev taught Russian hand-to-hand fighting in of the high military educational establishments - Zhukovsky's Military Academy.

I.G. Skobeev trained the private Security Service of several large commercial structures, like the Security Service of RAO GASPROM. He trained the first group of civilians in 1993, and since then has been training civil youth in Russia and abroad.

In 2002 was elected as President of the International Federation of Hand-to-hand Fighting (MF RRB).
